Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sleepy Sheepy mobile application and website (the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Sleepy Sheepy. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use.

License to use the app

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service except as permitted by law.

Subscriptions and billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are billed to your Apple ID and are subject to Apple's terms.

• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Managing & canceling.You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Free trials. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds.Purchases are handled by Apple, and refunds are subject to Apple's policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Upload content that infringes the rights of others or violates any law
• Use automated means to access the Service in a way that burdens our infrastructure

Not medical advice

Sleepy Sheepy is a wellness and self-improvement tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Sleep Scores, dream insights, and other content are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about any medical condition or before making decisions about your health or sleep.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Sleepy Sheepy and protected by intellectual-property laws. The content you create (such as your dream entries) remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service to you.

Third-party services

The Service may rely on third-party services (for example Apple Health and AI processing providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Apple App Store

If you download the app from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

• These Terms are between you and Sleepy Sheepy, not Apple.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• Apple is not responsible for any product warranties or for addressing any claims relating to the app.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
• You must comply with applicable App Store Terms of Service when using the app.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any insights it provides will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sleepy Sheepy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
